Feast of Tabernacles at South Harpeth River Retreat · Nashville, Tennessee
The Harris Family warmly invites you to our Sukkot Gathering 2026 — a ten-day Feast of Tabernacles celebration held at South Harpeth River Retreat near Nashville, Tennessee. Since 2010, our family has hosted this annual Sukkot gathering, and every year it grows deeper in fellowship, richer in worship, and more unforgettable for everyone who attends. Whether you have been keeping the feasts for decades or this will be your very first Sukkot gathering, you belong here.
Our Sukkot gathering is not a conference or a spectator event. It is a family-style campout, a holy convocation, and a joyful celebration rolled into one. Families pitch tents under the trees, children splash in the creek, friends old and new break bread together, and every evening the campfire fills with songs, stories, and testimonies. This is what it looks like when believers come together to obey the command in Leviticus 23:34-43: "On the fifteenth day of the seventh month, YHWH's Feast of Tabernacles begins, and it lasts for seven days."
Year after year, attendees tell us the same thing: this Sukkot gathering changed their lives. Friendships forged around the fire last a lifetime. Worship under the open sky stirs something that walls and screens never could. And the look on a child's face when they build their first sukkah — that is something no parent ever forgets.
"For seven days celebrate the festival to YHWH your Elohim at the place YHWH will choose. For YHWH your Elohim will bless you in all your harvest and in all the work of your hands, and your joy will be complete."
— Deuteronomy 16:15

Reserve Your SpotSince 2010, the Harris Family Sukkot Gathering has been a place where families come to dwell in temporary shelters, worship together, and build relationships that last beyond the feast. We are not associated with any denomination or religious organization. We are simply followers of YHWH who believe in keeping His commandments and His appointed times as laid out in Scripture.
At our Sukkot gathering, you will find families from every background and every stage of their walk. Some have been keeping the feasts for decades. Others are attending their first Sukkot celebration. Everyone is welcome. Everyone belongs. The common thread is a desire to obey Deuteronomy 16:13-15: "Celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles for seven days after you have gathered the produce of your threshing floor and your winepress. Be joyful at your festival... for YHWH your Elohim will bless you."
What sets this Sukkot gathering apart is the atmosphere. It is not stiff or institutional. Children run free. Families eat together at long tables under the pole barn. The river calls to anyone who wants to cool off on a warm Tennessee afternoon. At night, the campfire draws everyone in for karaoke, guitars, s'mores, testimonies, and fellowship that stretches past midnight. The spirit of joy that Sukkot commands is tangible here.
