The Creator's Calendar is based on the sighting of the new moon as observed from Israel. Unlike the modern Gregorian calendar or even the calculated rabbinical calendar, the biblical calendar depends on the actual visual sighting of the first sliver of the new moon to mark the beginning of each month.
This is how YHWH established His appointed times — His Feasts, His Sabbaths, and His holy convocations are all anchored to the new moon sighting. When we follow His calendar, we are walking in alignment with His design for time itself.
